    This will save you time and money

    Excellent location in the heart of the shopping district, just a short walk to local eateries and public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfy bedding. Enjoyed a high-quality meal at the Chinese restaurant and a relaxing experience at the rooftop bar. A pleasant stay worth every penny!

    As for me, the location was great and fantastic, near all the businesses, shops and restaurants available in CWB, nearby subway station, and a coffee shop. It also was next to all the public transport. I was happy, the family room I booked came with a very nice view, lovely fluffy towels, for example.

    The setting of hotel was convenient, to the MTR station. The staff was well-trained and check in was easy. Light filled room, comfortable bed and we enjoyed luxury bathroom.

    Well, the area was really loud overall.

    Perfect for families seeking comfort

    The room was enormous, enough space for me and my family to lounge around without stepping over each other, even had a bathtub that my kids loved. Plus, my corner room gave us a fine view of the nearby racecourse, a real treat every morning!

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you pay for what you get, right?

    Good location for shopping centres and easy access to MTR underground , room clean and up to standards of 5 star ,all business and office needs avail in the room, excellent breakfast with helpful waitress.

    Hotel Lobby is small and dont reflect the actual image of the different sections of the hotel.

    The location is great and only 2 minute walk from mtr station which will get your around all of hk and Kowloon. The bedroom was great with a fantastic bathroom with very large bath and seperate shower. Bed was really comfortable with feather duvet and pillows and air conditioning was very effective and quiet. We found the service a bit stuffy and even around the pool someone was always there watching you and waiting and although they see this as great service we thought it was a bit over the top. We were not impressed with club service as the facilities are being updated and we had to take all drinks food in the ground floor bar area which again a bit stuffy. Breakfast was ample and views from our room were great. Pool area only has 4 seats so not a place to spend the day sunbathing but we were sightseeing so only wanted a quick dip. The hotel kept our bags all day when we had to check out at 12 and they allowed us to use a shower in the gym area to freshen up before our flight home.

    We upgraded to club facilites but as the club floor was being renovated we had to use bar on ground floor which was a bit stuffy and very quiet with no atmosphere. Would have been better if we could have used bar on 28th floor as had a real club feel and great views over hk. Staff were polite but not really very friendly

    Restaurant closes at 12, upper level bar was reserved for a private function. It was impossible for me to have a drink or eat after work.

    Great location and spacious rooms!

    The room was super spacious, really clean, and had no weird smells. Staff were responsive and even got us a nice dessert toward the end. Food could have been better-like, bland and small portions. Dined in the lounge area which was nice. These little things could've been better.

    I liked the location of the hotel, very accessible to shops and taxi. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially the bellboys and guards. The receptionists should be more friendly.

    My spouse and I got scared by the fire alarm that woke us up at 3:30AM. We were so scared that we were not able to sleep again. The hotel staff did not even explain to us what happened. It turned out to be a false alarm, thank God about that, but the hotel could have sent its staff to talk to us because we didn't know what was happening and we were so nervous.
